1. Acceptance of terms

By creating a Hisaabkar account or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The service

Hisaabkar is a cloud-based invoicing and billing platform. Features available to you are determined by the plan you subscribe to.

3. Subscriptions and payment

Subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen billing cycle (monthly, yearly, or lifetime). Payment is collected via the methods listed at checkout. Receipts are reviewed manually and accounts are activated upon successful verification, typically within 24 hours.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation stops future renewals; you retain access until the end of the current paid period. Manual receipt-based payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Hisaabkar to send unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive communications, to upload malicious files, or to attempt to disrupt the service for other tenants.

6. Data ownership

You own all the business data you upload. We act as a custodian for the duration of your subscription.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hisaabkar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification.
