Challenge
Faisalabad Textiles wanted floor supervisors to be able to create invoices and check stock levels during the day, but had no way to stop them from also seeing company-wide financial reports or editing user accounts — the built-in staff role either allowed too much or too little for the way the team actually worked.
Solution
Using Hisaabkar's custom role feature, the company defined a role scoped to exactly what floor supervisors needed: create and view invoices, view stock, view customers — with reports, settings, and user management left out entirely. Owners and the office manager kept full access under the existing admin roles.
Results
Floor supervisors can now issue invoices and check stock directly from the shop floor without any risk of exposing financial reports or account settings, and management no longer has to choose between over-permissioning staff or blocking them from doing their job.
